Cancellation Policy
Denver Star Salon retains the right to cancel any appointment after 15 minutes of the service start time if you are 15+ minutes late. Any appointment that is cancelled within a 24 hour period will be charged 20% of the service cost. If your appointment is not cancelled and you no-show, your card will be charged 50% of the total cost of the service booked. You may cancel your appointment via phone, email or online.
WOMEN'S HAIRCUT
Each haircut begins with a complete consultation and hair analysis, followed by a magnificent shampoo and relaxing scalp massage. After your cut, we finish with a technical blow dry style and our recommendations for at home hair care.
MEN'S HAIRCUT
Each haircut begins with a complete consultation and hair analysis, followed by a magnificent shampoo and relaxing scalp massage. After your cut, we style and give our recommendations for at home hair care.
BANG TRIM
If you are in between hair appointments and your bangs are growing out, schedule a complimentary bang trim. Free service for existing clients, $10 for new clients to the salon.

Maintain your haircut with a complimentary neck trim to clean up excess hair around neck and ears. Free service for existing clients, $10 for new clients to the salon.
PARTIAL HIGHLIGHT
Each color service begins with a complete consultation and hair analysis. Partial Highlight entails adding dimension and texture to your hair color with highlights and lowlights. The foils are placed on only part of your hair, generally from ear to ear and from fringe to the crown, to give you dimension and texture. You'll be shampooed and styled before you walk out the door!
Your highlights can be chunky, light or natural. This completely depends on what you are looking for.
FULL HIGHLIGHT
A full highlight entails adding dimension and texture to your hair color with highlights and lowlights. The foils are placed on throughout your entire head, generally from ear to ear and from fringe to neck, to give you dimension and texture. You'll be shampooed and styled before you walk out the door!
BALAYAGE
Each color service begins with a complete consultation and hair analysis. Balayage hair color entails painting on the hair color to achieve an extremely natural "rooty" look. Book this service if you are looking for a low maintenance ombre style. You'll be shampooed and styled before you walk out the door!
ALL OVER COLOR
Each color service begins with a complete consultation and hair analysis. Looking to change your hair color to one solid color? This is the service for you. An All over color entails one solid color, usually a permanent or a semi-permanent, applying to all of your hair (roots to ends) either lighter or darker. You'll be shampooed and styled before you walk out the door!
ALL OVER COLOR & MINI HIGHLIGHT
This service will add 5-10 highlights or lowlights to your all over color/root retouch, depending on what you decide during your consultation. You'll be shampooed and styled before you walk out the door!
COLOR RETOUCH
Each color service begins with a complete consultation and hair analysis. A color retouch entails applying color to the roots only, usually a permanent or semi-permanent color. You'll be shampooed and styled before you walk out the door!
TONER
In between color services book a toner to eliminate brassiness or add richness to your already highlighted hair. You'll be shampooed and styled before you walk out the door!
BLOW OUT
A professional shampoo, blow dry and style for a special event, or pamper yourself with a style that can last a few days!
KERATIN TREATMENT
Keratin is a protein rich treatment which restores hair to its pristine condition. It does not change the genetic makeup of hair. Rather, it makes hair more manageable, easy to style and frizz free.
RESTORATIVE OLAPLEX TREATMENT
A Restorative Olaplex treatment is used to strengthen hair that has been damaged by previous chemical treatments, heat, and other factors. This 60 minute treatment will leave your hair feeling luxurious and help reverse the damage of color services.
OLAPLEX TREATMENT ADD ON
Olaplex Protective Add On helps maintain your hair integrity while achieving the tone you're wanting. Protective add on for COLOR services ONLY.
SPECIAL OCCASION UPDO'S
Wedding, prom, or a special occasion, when the occasion calls for it our stylists will create a look that is stunning and perfectly you.
BRIDAL HAIR
Congratulations on your engagement! You'll need to schedule at least 1 trial updo a few weeks before the wedding. This appointment will be with the same stylist who will style your hair on the big day. If you have photos or ideas, jot them down! Your stylist will need this information to have a better understanding of the look you're wanting to achieve. Please contact us for more details regarding our bridal pricing!
